Cooke Brothers Ltd are pleased to announce that it
has been accredited with the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) Gold Standard
Award.
Investors in People is a management framework for delivering high performance through people launched in 1991. Its accreditation is recognised as a mark of excellence. IiP optimises performance by championing best practice in people management and equipping organisations with the tools to succeed.
Cooke Brothers was first accredited with the IiP Standard back in 1992 and was the first company in Walsall to gain this accreditation. It is now a fantastic achievement that Cooke Brothers will join seven other companies in Walsall who have also achieved the gold standard (as of June 2016). With over 14,000 IiP accredited organisations in the UK only 7% hold the gold accreditation.
